Create an XML SiteMap

Thanks to Mike Henke for the versatile Google Sitemap XML Creator

The cfc contains another method for submitting the sitemap (removed from demo)
and allows deeper spidering - limited here to 2 levels.

Create a Site Map

Enter your site url, and the home page file name (index.html, default.php, whatever)
Click submit.... and be patient while your XML site map is created...
